How I Got Here &
Why I Do This
I started learning WordPress in 2022 — completely self-taught, obsessed with understanding why some websites make people want to call and others make people bounce in 3 seconds. That question drove everything.
After my first few projects, I joined 3 different Indian web agencies. I learned fast. I got good at building clean, functional websites under tight deadlines. But something kept bothering me — the sites we were building looked fine, but they weren’t actually converting for the local businesses that needed them most.
Business owners were paying for websites and still not getting calls. The design was fine. The problem was nobody was thinking about conversion, SEO structure, or mobile speed from the ground up.
So I went independent. I started building websites my way — conversion-first, speed-first, with niche-specific strategies baked into every layout decision. I started working with international clients through a partnership with a UK-based operator, and I haven’t looked back.
Today, WPDesignLab is how I do this properly. Solo, focused, and entirely dedicated to one thing — helping local service businesses in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Germany get websites that actually work as hard as they do.
Every project I take on gets my full attention. Not 10% while 14 other projects run in the background. Full attention. That’s the only way I know how to do good work.

Results Over Aesthetics
A beautiful website that doesn’t convert is just expensive art. I care about results — phone calls, bookings, enquiries. Every design decision is made in service of that goal. Looking great is part of it, not the point of it.
Honesty — Even When
Uncomfortable
If your idea won’t work, I’ll tell you. If your current website has a fundamental problem, I won’t soften it. I’d rather have an honest conversation early than deliver something that doesn’t perform. You hired an expert — not a yes-person.
Speed as a Standard, Not an
Extra
I’ve seen too many well-designed WordPress sites completely fail because they load in 6 seconds. I target 90+ PageSpeed on every project as the baseline. Not an upsell. Not an
optimization package. The default.
Giving More Than Expected
Including a premium theme and page builder with Lifetime Deal licences in every project isn’t something I have to do. I do it because I genuinely want clients to walk away with more value than they paid for. That’s the standard I hold myself to.

My goal is to make you independent — not dependent on me for every small change. WordPress, a proper page builder, and a thorough handoff means you can run your website yourself. That’s not bad for business. That’s good values.
Strategy Before Pixels
I never open a design file before I understand the business, the customer, and the conversion goal. Every project starts with thinking — about who’s visiting, what they need to see, and what action they need to take. Design comes after that clarity, not before it.
What Actually Gets Me Up Every Morning
It’s not the code. It’s not even the design — though I genuinely love both. It’s the moment a client messages me saying “the phone rang today.” That moment — when a website I built creates a real lead for a real business owner — is what I’m actually working toward every single day.
Local service businesses are the backbone of every community —electricians keeping the lights on, dentists looking after families, cleaners making homes liveable. These businesses deserve an online presence that reflects how good they actually are. Most of them don’t have it yet. That’s the gap I’m trying to close.

Why Local Service Businesses?
They’re the most underserved segment online. They’re great at what they do but rarely have the digital skills to compete with bigger players. A well-built website levels the playing field completely — and I find that genuinely exciting.
Why International Clients from India?
Because geography is irrelevant to quality. I’ve spent years understanding what converts in US, UK, and Australian markets. My clients get the same quality they’d get from a local agency — at a price that makes sense for a small business budget.
